  Cecelia carries a message from the Bible, ~Psalms 23:1-6~, "The Lord is My Shepard..."
She comes to you, dressed in a Dupioni Silk outfit embellished with satin lace and a beaded heart on her chest,
signifying God's Love.
Her pale, blond, yarn hair, is braided, caught up in a flower at the back of her head and then falls to her shoulders.
Her wings are edged with crocheted lace.
Pearl centered crocheted roses grace her hands that carry a banner; and tiny flowers finish off her slippers.
Set in a small, plastic box she appears serene, as if confident in God's abiding love.
Holding onto her secret she brings blessings on the one who claims her.
